KR Rohini to become the first woman inspector in KSRTC, promotion list published after five years

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thodupuzha native K R Rohini to become the first woman inspector in KSRTC. She has been promoted from the post of a station master and is currently working at Thodupuzha depot. She will join in Punalur as an inspector.

Rohini joined the service in 1997 as a conductor. Her husband Suresh is a taxi driver and has two daughters. Seventy-one station masters have been promoted to the rank of inspector. This is the first time since 2017 that the promotion list has been released in KSRTC.

113 drivers have been promoted to Vehicle Supervisors. 107 conductors became station masters. Four senior assistants were promoted to superintendents. There will be 48 Special Grade Assistants and Superintendents. 10 Vehicle Supervisors were appointed as Head Vehicle Supervisors.
