Three years of love, problems began when girl started seeing someone else; crucial information out

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Some crucial information has surfaced in the incident of a youth committing suicide after killing his lover. They have been identified as Unni (21) of Keezhayikonam and Sumi (18) of Kallara.

The two were in a relationship for three years. All the problems started when Sumi started a friendly relationship with someone else. It is heard that Unni used to fight with her at times over this. She had told her parents earlier that Unni had beat her.

A fight broke out between the two on Saturday. Sumi had tried to commit suicide by consuming some tablets. She was immediately rushed to the hospital. Sumi’s parents had called him yesterday and then asked him not to have any relationship with her again.

Later that night, her parents saw both of them talking near the road. Both were found lying dead in a search conducted by Sumi’s mother and sister as she did not return home.
