NEW DELHI: Indian oil companies have made a slight change in cooking gas prices. The price of commercial LPG cylinders was reduced. The price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has come down from Rs 1896.50 to Rs 1863. Meanwhile, prices of domestic cylinders remain unchanged.
With the introduction of lower rates, the price of a cylinder in Delhi will come down from Rs 1885 to Rs 1859. In Chennai, the price of a 19 kg cylinder has changed from Rs 2045 to Rs 2009.50. In Kolkata, the price is Rs 1995.50 and in Mumbai, the price of a commercial gas cylinder is Rs 1811.50.
The price of a commercial gas cylinder was last reduced on September 1. The price was reduced by Rs 91.50. Before that, there was a drop in the price on August 1 by Rs 36.
The last price change in domestic cooking gas cylinder was in July. The price of 14.2 kg cylinder has been increased by Rs 50 per unit. Before that, there was a change in the price of domestic cylinder on May 19 as well.
