CPM releases Shafi Parambil’s recommendation letter to counter Congress

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Amid the letter controversy in Thiruvananthapuram corporation, now CPM has released a recommendation letter written by Shafi Parambil when UDF government was in power. A copy of the letter sent to the then Chief Minister Oommen Chandy recommending a Youth Congress worker for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor has come out.

CPM has made a flex with this recommendation letter and placed it in front of corporation office. Along with this, they have attached Shafi’s pictures and recent viral dialogues mocking him.

Other than the letter written by Shafi Parambil, the CPM has also added a recommendation letter sent by the current Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy when he was the Union Minister of State for Energy.
