Lorry carrying liquor meets with accident in Kozhikode, locals grab bottles

KOZHIKDOE: The locals grab the liquor bottles that fell on the road after the lorry carrying it met with an accident. The incident happened on the old bridge at Feroke in Kozhikode.

The incident happened early Tuesday morning after the lorry carrying the bottles met with the accident. The lorry hit the bridge while coming. Following that, liquor of 50 cases, fell on the road. As the lorry sped away without stopping, the locals were busy in grabbing the bottles. The police later reached the spot and shifted the remaining liquor bottles to the station. Police said they are collecting details of the lorry.
