Teacher arrested for sexually abusing students including boys

KOZHIKODE: A teacher was arrested on various complaints of sexually abusing students. The arrested is Abdul Nasser (52), a native of Atholi Kodassery Thottoli. He was arrested on five complaints for approaching boys and their female friends with sexual intent.

He moved the high court for anticipatory bail soon after the incident. However, the court rejected his bail plea. Following that, he appeared at Elathur station and station inspector A Sayuj Kumar arrested him. The incident came to light when the childline subjected the children for counselling. Abdul Nasser arrested has been taken to the court.

The information provided by the children is that more students are victims of his harassment. To confirm this, Child Line has decided to undergo counseling for more children taught by him.
