KANNUR: The MVD's rare finding of two petrol bottles stored inside the car that caught fire in Kannur has received brickbats and trolls from netizens and the public alike. The findings even caught headlines in many prominent channels which alarmed the relatives of the slain couples. The drastic car fire in Kannur happened midway while taking a pregnant woman to consultation. The family has revealed they had with them cumin seeds laced water stocked in two bottles which the MVD mistook for petrol. Trolls and questions flurried into MVDs social media page. Some commented on the pathetic state of MVD in employing officers who can't differentiate cumin-seeded water from petrol. The MVD hasn't responded to the thousands of queries. Meanwhile, the forensics collected the remnants from the car and sent them for detailed research.
