Bee attack during wedding leaves many seriously injured; watch video

BHOPAL: The gala vibes of a wedding that was ongoing inside a private hotel in Guna quickly metamorphosed into a harrowing experience after a shocking bee attack left as many as 12 guests injured. The incident happened on Sunday noon at Guna's Kasturi Garden Hotel.

The wedding was continuing in the lawn area of the hotel while not many noticed the large beehive that was just on the roof of the building. It is still not known what triggered the swarm of bees to attack the guests. In the video captured by the official videographer, guest can be seen running in panic to somehow get inside their room. While others are seen lying on the ground with arms covering their head.

Some of the guests were seriously injured and are currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit. The authorities are investigating whether the hotel management failed to take necessary precautions to avoid such incidents.
