THIRUVANTHAPURAM: Online payment and customer services through 1912 number may be disrupted for all categories of customers tomorrow (25-8-2024 - Sunday) from 7 am to 11 am due to KSEB's data centre renovation. KSEB informed this through its official Facebook page.

KSEB informed that customers can contact their respective section offices or 9496012062 for redressal of electricity-related complaints and other software applications of KSEB may also be disrupted during the mentioned timeframe.
