1.48 lakh passengers; three special train services to operate from Telangana and Karnataka for Onam

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Special trains will be operated from Kacheguda, Secunderabad and Hubballi to Kerala in view of the rush during the Onam season.

Train No. 07333/07334

The Hubballi-Kochuveli special train will leave Kochuveli at 6.55 am on the 13th and reach Kochuveli at 6.45 am on the 14th. The return service will be at 12.50 pm that day.

Train No. 07119/07120

The Secunderabad-Kollam special train will leave at 5.30 pm on the 13th and reach Kollam at 11.20 pm on the 14th. The return service will be operated at 2.30 am on the 15th.

Train No. 07044/07045

The Kacheguda-Kollam service will leave at 4 pm on the 14th and reach Kollam at 11.20 pm on the 15th. The return journey will take place at 2.30 am on the 16th.

1.48 lakh passengers

According to the Railways, 1.48 lakh passengers arrive by train during the onam season. Last year, 52 special trips and the previous year 22 special trips were operated during the onam season. This time, 129 special trips were made. 190 additional coaches were used for this purpose.
