Editor K Sukumaran Memorial Day: Commemoration ceremony to be held today

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister V Sivankutty will inaugurate the commemoration conference organized by the Kerala Kaumudi Non-Journalists Association in connection with the 43rd death anniversary of editor Kerala Kaumudi founder editor K Sukumaran. Former Minister C Divakaran will preside over the function which will be held at the premises of Kerala Kaumudi in Pettah, Thiruvananthapuram. Opposition leader VD Satheesan will deliver the keynote address. MLA V Joy will also speak at the event. The Editor K Sukumaran Memorial Award and Kshemanidhi Award will be distributed during the function. Kerala Kaumudi Non-Journalists' Association President V Balagopal will extend a welcome address, while General Secretary KS Sabu will propose the vote of thanks.
