Meanwhile, the CMs of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry are among the bottom lot as far as the ratings are concerned, pointing to anti-incumbency in these states.

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik is the most popular Chief Minister in the country, followed closely by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi and YS Jaganmohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh.

On the other end of the spectrum is Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, arguably the least popular Chief Minister in India followed closely by Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar and Punjab CM Amarinder Singh with the lowest satisfaction ratings in their respective states.
