THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: With the controversy surrounding serving halal food heating up, the DYFI on Tuesday announced that it will organise 'Food Street' across the state on November 24. In his Facebook post, DYFI national president AA Rahim said that the 'Food Street' will be organized at various district centres against the Sangh Parivar politics of mixing religion and food. By organising 'Food Street', the Left youth organisation intends to spread the message that food has no religion. Rahim also said that caution should be exercised against the hate propaganda of the RSS which divides the country.
