Gold prices drop slightly in Kerala today; check current rates

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gold prices in Kerala witnessed a slight drop today. The price of one gram of gold decreased by Rs 25, while the price of one sovereign fell by Rs 200. With this decline, the market price of gold is now Rs 13,850 per gram. The price of one sovereign of gold stands at Rs 1,10,800. Yesterday, the price of one sovereign was Rs 1,11,000.

Gold prices have dropped by nearly Rs 4,000 so far this month. The highest gold price this month was recorded on June 1, when one sovereign was priced at Rs 1,14,560.

Reports suggest that gold prices may see further declines in the coming days. Meanwhile, silver prices remain unchanged in the state. The price of one gram of silver is Rs 265 today.
