Woman ends life in Idukki after slashing throat of Alzheimer’s husband

IDUKKI: A woman committed suicide after slashing the throat of her husband, an Alzheimer’s patient. The incident happened at Kulamavu Karippalangadu in Idukki. Mini ended her life after slashing the throat of her husband Sukumaran.

Sukumaran was bedridden for the past three years following Alzheimer. Police said the woman committed suicide after slashing her husband’s throat. Seriously injured Sukumaran has been admitted in the hospital.
