Actress Meena's Chennai residence sold to American couple for Rs 100 crore?

Actress Meena Durairaj reportedly sold her house in Chennai, which she built for Rs 10 crore, in a massive deal. It is said that an American couple bought the house for Rs 100 crore. The news surfaced on Tamil media, while various posts on the social media platform X also alluded to the details. However, there has been no confirmation from the actress in this regard.

This was the house where Meena lived with her late husband, Sagar, and daughter, Nainika. Meena built this house 20 years ago by taking a loan. The house was famous for its Kerala-style architecture, which includes traditional carved wooden pillars, a courtyard and a palace-like design.

Meanwhile, the actress's new film is Drishyam 3, directed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Mohanlal in the lead. Meena had also recently acted in a web series called Secret Stories: Roslin.
