Move to compromise Vincy Aloshious’ complaint; Shine Tom Chacko is reported to have tendered apology

KOCHI: Reports said there is a move to compromise actress Vincy Aloshious’ complaint against actor Shine Tom Chacko for misbehaving with her on the film set. Reports said Shine had apologized to the actress in the internal committee meeting convened yesterday.

Shine had promised that he will not misbehave in future. Did not do anything wrong consciously. It is reported that Shine had informed the internal committee to control his behavior. Vincy is ready to accept the internal committee's decision. Vincy reiterated that she will not file a complaint with the police.

The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) is of the opinion that there is no need to take any hasty action against Shine. The film chamber and AMMA are waiting for the report of the internal committee. It is indicated that the report will be received today itself. After hearing both sides, the next step is to prepare a final report and submit it to the film chamber's monitoring committee. If there are serious remarks in the report, the committee can also direct action against Shine.

Vincy Aloshious had revealed that an actor misbehaved with her and her colleagues under the influence of drugs on the film set. Vincy made this disclosure in a video shared on social media. Vincy made this statement while clarifying her statement that she would no longer act with people taking drugs. However, she did not reveal the name of the actor or the name of the movie. It was later revealed that actor Shine Tom Chacko misbehaved with Vincy on the set of the movie 'Soothravakyam'. This came after Vincy filed a complaint against Shine with the film chamber.
