ISI-Underworld module busted in Delhi: Nine arrested in terror plot

NEW DELHI: In a major counter-terrorism breakthrough, the Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested nine suspected terrorists, effectively thwarting a series of coordinated strikes planned across the national capital. Authorities confirmed that the captured operatives were preparing to target high-security zones and law enforcement personnel.
Investigations reveal that the network operated under the direct influence of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in tandem with the Mumbai underworld. Police recovered a substantial cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives during the operation.
