Rape case against Rahul; Defamation case will be filed against survivor, says Fenni Nainan

PATHANAMTHITTA: KSU state general secretary Fenni Nainan said that a defamation case will be filed against the survivor in the third sexual assault case against Rahul Mamkootathil MLA. Fenni Nainan asked if the survivor had wanted a fair action, she should have filed a complaint with the police and why did she file a complaint with the Congress leaders. Fenni Nainan said this while talking to the media today.

‘The survivor filed a complaint with Congress leaders for political gains. I have not published the name and other details of the survivor on social media. Who released the private chats? A journalist released it. The survivor should file a case against her. She has filed a complaint with the Pathanamthitta SP for fake propaganda against me. A defamation case will also be filed against the survivor,' said Fenni Nainan.

The survivor filed a complaint with Rahul Gandhi the other day. The woman's complaint alleged that Fenni Nainan and the Congress cyber gang are character assassinating her. A copy of the complaint has been sent to AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi MP and KPCC President Sunny Joseph.

In her complaint, the survivor has pointed that Rahul and his team are circulating personal information. They are using political influence to threaten her. The complaint also stated that the situation is such that she is not able to live. The woman has alleged that they are insulting her femininity via cyberbullying. Cyber-attacks are paralyzing her and Rahul and his team are trying to silence her. In this situation, the survivor has requested Rahul Gandhi to intervene to stop the cyber-attacks.
