Innovative BTech and MTech courses in three engineering colleges

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The cabinet meeting held in Tirur yesterday gave permission to start new generation B.Tech and M.Tech courses in three engineering colleges.

The M.Tech courses of Structural Engineering (Additional Division) at Thiruvananthapuram Engineering College, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Internet of Things at Srikrishnapuram Engineering College, Palakkad, Robotics and Automation and Engineering Design at Thrissur Government Engineering College will be started soon. There will be 18 seats each. The new B. Tech courses will be Electronics and Communication Engineering (Additional Division) in Thiruvananthapuram Engineering College and Cyber ​​Physical System, Electronics and Communication (Additional Division) in Thrissur Govt Engineering College. There will be 60 seats each. Teaching posts will not be created for new courses. The services of existing teachers will be utilized.
