Double blow again, price of LPG cylinders hiked for second month in a row

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The price of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been hiked again. The price of commercial LPG gas cylinders has been increased. The price of a cylinder weighing 19 kilograms has been increased by Rs 25.50 paise. The cylinder now costs Rs 1806.


The new hike will come into effect from today. This is the second month in a row the price of commercial cylinder prices is being increased. The price of a commercial cylinder was increased by Rs 14 last month. Meantime, there is no change in the price of domestic cylinders. Oil companies decide on the price revision on the first day of every month.
