Nayanthara joins Mammootty-Mohanlal film directed by Mahesh Narayanan

After years, Malayalam superstars Mammootty and Mohanlal are reuniting for a film directed by Mahesh Narayanan. Actress Nayanthara has now joined the project and is currently shooting for the film’s fifth schedule in Kochi. This marks the actress' reunion with Mammootty after nine years. They last acted together in the 2016 film Puthiya Niyamam.

Touted as one of the most expensive Malayalam films ever, the movie features an ensemble cast, including Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Revathi, Renji Panicker, Rajiv Menon, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Amanash, Darshana Rajendran, and Serin Shihab. Additionally, theatre artist and director Prakash Belawadi is also part of the star-studded lineup.

Produced by Anto Joseph, the film’s co-producers are CR Salim and Subhash George Manuel. Mahesh Narayanan has penned both the story and screenplay. Rajesh Krishna and CV Sarathy serve as the executive producers, while Manush Nandan is handling the cinematography.
