Man commits suicide after killing wife and son in Konni

PATHANAMTHITTA: A man allegedly committed suicide after murdering his wife and son at Payyanamon in Konni. Sony of Payyanamon ended his life after killing his wife Reena and seven-year-old son Ryan.

The locals said Sony was under treatment for depression. He hacked his wife and son to death and then hung himself. The bodies are days old. Sony was in the Gulf for many years. Ryan was their adopted son.

As no one was seen outside for days, the locals in a search found the bodies.
