KOCHI: The verdict on the anticipatory bail plea of actor Dileep in the case of conspiring to kill the investigating officers in the actress attack case, will be pronounced later. The actor can be questioned for three days from 9 am to 8 in the night. He should not be arrested till Thursday. The accused should cooperate with the investigation and if tried to influence the witnesses, would revoke the bail.

The prosecution should inform the progress of investigation on Tuesday. The court's observation came after examining the evidences produced by the DGP. The court ruled that many of the evidences were disturbing. The investigation team got clues of a criminal conspiracy. Conspiracy itself should be considered a crime. The court also asked the respondent how could they ensure that the witnesses were not influenced. The prosecution told the court that if Dileep is granted anticipatory bail, then the investigation itself would be irrelevant. The prosecution wants the actor in custody for five days and if questioned otherwise, the accused would meet and plan what to say the next day.

Dileep had informed the court that he would co-operate with the investigation. Had stated to approve any condition. The actor claimed that a conspiracy case was filed against him without any evidence and that it was fabricated by the police.
