Railways announces special Kochuveli-Chennai train for RRB exam candidates, additional coaches in 26 services

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Railways has announced a special train service from Kochuveli to Chennai Tambaram tomorrow for the candidates appearing for the Railway Recruitment Board examination. In the next few days, more coaches will be added to 26 services, including from Kerala. The special train will leave Kochuveli at 10 pm. The next day it will reach Tambaram at 4 pm. It will have 7 stops in Kerala - Kollam, Kayamkulam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam South, Aluva, Thrissur and Palakkad. The return service is at 6 p.mon May 10. Train number-06044/06043.

Additional coaches on trains to and from Kerala: There will be two additional general coaches on the Intercity from Ernakulam to Bangalore on the 8th and the return service on the 9th. An extra second sitting coach will be there on the weekly express to Thiruvananthapuram-Mumbai CSMT on the 7th and the return journey on the 8th. An extra sleeper coach will be provided on th train from Ernakulam to Bangalore Banaswadi on the 8th and return service on the 9th. Today a general coach on the weekly train from Tambaram to Ernakulam and back on the 8th. A third A / C coach has been provided on the fortnightly express from Kochuveli to Banaswadi on the 7th and back on the 8th. An additional general coach in the Antyodaya from Kochuveli to Mangalore on the 7th. There will be general coaches in services from there on Friday and on the 8th.
