Har Ghar Tiranga to start from today

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga', which will begin on Friday to celebrate the 75th anniversary of independence, the national flag hoisted at homes does not have to be lowered at night. The flag will be hoisted at houses, government - public sector - self-governing institutions, government buildings, civic societies, educational institutions and private institutions till August 15.

Chief Secretary VP Joy said that national flag must be hoisted in government-public sector-self governing institutions. He also suggested to follow the instructions in flag of code.
