THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union Minister of State V Muraleedharan said that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan should stop mouthing mass dialogues like "SilverLine will come". Muraleedharan also said that the Union Minister of Railways had given a clear answer about the impracticability of K Rail to Elamaram Kareem's question last week.

"Narendra Modi government has not given permission for SilverLine anywhere. For three years, the state government has not been able to respond to the question raised by the railways to complete the DPR. Whether the Chief Minister asks for it or not, Kerala will also get the Vande Bharat trains out of the 75 trains allowed across India. This has been assured by the Minister of Railways," Muraleedharan said.

"The Muslim League is the party that caused the partition of India. If Govindan wants to give a good certificate to the League for the sake of getting more votes, the first thing he should do is to go and apologize in front of any monument of EMS. If Govindan is a bigger intellectual than EMS, let his party decide what to do

Lashing out at the opposition in Kerala, Muraleedharan accused the UDF of supporting the anti-democratic activities of the Left government. "The UDF used to criticise Pinarayi Vijayan when Ramesh Chennithala was the Opposition Leader. The opposition is supporting the move to remove the Governor from the Chancellor post not only due to pressure from the Muslim League but also because of their aim to carry out nepotism later," he said.
