15 injured in KSRTC bus-lorry collision, one person suffer serious injuries

VADAKARA: At least 15 people were injured after a KSRTC bus and lorry collided on the national highway at Vadakara Palolipalam at around 6 am on Tuesday. The bus was on its way to Kannur. It is reported that the condition of the lorry driver is serious.

The lorry was carrying milk. The fire force reached the spot and after much effort, the lorry was cut open and the driver was pulled out. The injuries of the passengers of the KSRTC bus were not serious. They were shifted to Vadakara district hospital. A part of the KSRTC bus was completely destroyed.
