NEW DELHI: UDF Convener Adoor Prakash submitted a complaint against Chief Minister VD Satheesan, in written form, to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Adoor Prakash arrived in Delhi a day after he criticised the working style of Satheesan. Sunny Joseph, the incumbent KPCC President, also met Kharge to explain the situation.

Sunny Joseph stated that the AICC leadership would examine Adoor Prakash's complaint. Meanwhile, Minister Anoop Jacob met with Adoor Prakash. Adoor Prakash had held a press conference at the KPCC headquarters against V.D. Satheesan, alleging that the chief minister was taking decisions unilaterally. Adoor Prakash said he was facing disrespect as UDF Convener, saying he gets to know about major policy decisions only through social media and news.

Although Adoor Prakash arrived in Delhi and lodged a complaint, he evaded the media. Minister Anoop Jacob told the media that his visit to Adoor Prakash at the latter’s Delhi residence was just a friendly one. Meanwhile, Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan is also scheduled to arrive in Delhi tonight. The High Command is under immense pressure due to differences of opinion among leaders from Kerala, a state where the party secured power with a massive majority.
