V Sivankutty's former gunman suspended for misbehaving with woman on bus

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prajeesh S Nair, former minister V Sivankutty's gunman, was suspended for sexually assaulting a girl inside a bus. The victim herself recorded and released a video of Prajeesh attempting lewd acts with her.

Prajeesh was working at the Thiruvananthapuram SAP camp. The incident in question took place two weeks ago. Prajeesh tried caressing the body of the woman who was seated in front of him. After the incident went viral on social media, an investigation was conducted under the leadership of the SAP Assistant Commandant.

In the investigation report, Prajeesh’s conduct was found unbecoming of a police official. He was subsequently suspended. Further investigation has also been ordered. However, it is learnt that the woman has not yet filed an official complaint in the matter. Prajeesh has also denied the allegations.
