Renowned writer and former PRD Director Thottam Rajasekharan passes away

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Renowned writer and literary critic Thottam Rajasekharan passed away at his residence, Ushas, in Manacaud on Saturday. He was 95.

Rajasekharan served for many years as Director of the Kerala Government's Public Relations Department (PRD). He authored several books and literary critiques during his distinguished career.

His wife, M.L. Radhamma, predeceased him. He is survived by his daughter, Sabitha Rani (retired, State Bank of India). His sons, Sujay Kumar and Nandalal, predeceased him. His in-laws are K.B. Rajan (retired, State Bank of India) and Priya Sujay.
The funeral will be held at Shanti Kavadam at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
