Prominent Hindi television actress Seema Kapoor has opened up about the painful experiences of her childhood and the unexpected events that shaped her personal life. In a recent interview, the actress candidly spoke about some of the most traumatic memories from her early years.

Seema began her acting career at the young age of six, making her debut in the show Kismat, directed by Ramesh Sippy. "When I was 15, I fell in love with a 35-year-old man. At first, I didn't know he was married. When I found out, he told me he was heading for a divorce. But that turned out to be a lie. Eventually, everything went out of control. I even attempted suicide," Seema said.

She also spoke about the torture she faced at home during her childhood. When she expressed her desire to act, her mother, who came from a financially well-off background, reacted with cruelty. “My mother always spoke to me harshly, with anger. She used to torture me often. It became unbearable over time, and I decided to live with my father. Even though my parents were separated, the conflicts between them deeply disturbed me. I started distancing myself from others,” she said.
