Attack on V Kunhikrishnan supporter's house; car set on fire, role of CPM workers suspected

KANNUR: A house was attacked in Payyannur. The attack was towards the house of T Purushothaman, a supporter of V Kunhikrishnan. The car parked in front of the house was also set on fire. The windows of the house were also damaged. Purushothaman said CPM workers are behind the incident.

The house was attacked early Friday morning at around 1 am. Seeing the car parked in front of the house on fire, Purushothaman and his family members came out. He said CPM workers fled from the area after unleashing violence.
