KOZHIKODE: A woman allegedly smashed the window of a KSRTC Super Fast Premium bus after the driver refused to stop at a non-designated bus stop.

The incident happened near MIMS Hospital in Kozhikode. According to reports, the woman asked the driver to stop the bus near the hospital. However, the driver and conductor informed her that the vehicle could not halt there as it was not an official bus stop. This reportedly led to an argument inside the bus.

During the altercation, the woman allegedly recorded videos of the driver and conductor on her mobile phone. She later used the emergency glass-breaking hammer kept inside the bus to smash the glass on the front door.

Videos of the incident, which reportedly took place three days ago, are now circulating widely on social media.

Police said the KSRTC staff and the woman later appeared before the Kozhikode Medical College Police Station. The woman was reportedly let off after assuring authorities that she would pay compensation for the damage caused to the bus.
