Mohanlal rowing a raft alone in a raging river, video goes viral

A video of superstar Mohanlal rowing a raft alone in a raging river is going viral on social media. The footage was captured on mobile by someone during the shooting of the film 'Olavum Theeravum'.

The video shows Mohanlal rowing the raft through the Thodupuzha river. 'Olavum Theeravum' is directed by Priyadarshan. The film is a remake of 'Olavum Theeravum' written by MT Vasudevan Nair and directed by PN Menon.

It was Madhu and Usha Nandini who immortalized Bapputty and Nabeesa in the 1960-film Olavum Theeravum'. While Mohanlal will be essaying the role of Bapputty in the new version, the makers are yet to reveal the name of the female lead. Santosh Sivan is handling the cinematography and Sabu Sir is handling the art direction of the film. Harish Peradi, Mamookoya and others are also acting in the film.
