NEW DELHI: India won't cede an inch of Arunachal and will fight all belligerent moves in the border said Home Minister Amit Shah in Arunachal Pradesh. The talks were mostly an implicit aiming made at China for its cross-border attacks and skirmishes that went rampant during the last few years.
Shah pointed out the valor of the Indian army and said "While such brave men of arms are in vigil across the mountains, no Indians should feel worried". The home minister was inaugurating the vibrant village's program in Kibithu village in Arunachal. Kibithu is the first recognized village in India. This is also the place where the first pure rays of the sun touch before it lands anywhere in the country.
Meanwhile, Wang Wenbin, deputy director of the foreign ministry information department of China said Shah's visit breached the territorial agreement made between the two countries. China calls Arunachal “Zangnan” and considers the state a vital part of the country's culture. Last week, China changed the names of many places within Arunachal to conform to Mandarin forms. India in a harsh retort dismissed any Chinese intrusion into administrative actions done in the northeastern state.
