Reality show star Madhu Anchal held for hurling abuses in inebriated condition

KOLLAM: A reality show star was arrested for hurling abuses at the hospital authorities in an inebriated condition. The police arrested Madhu Anchal, who became popular through a comedy show on a leading channel. The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon.

Madhu, who reached the private hospital in Anchal, sat on the patient's chair. He hurled abuses at the security guard and the patients who questioned him. He created a scene when he was asked to leave.

The hospital authorities then informed the police. The police reached the hospital and tried to take him away, but he refused to go. He was taken by force. Madhu was later released on station bail.
