THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Education Minister V Sivankutty on Friday announced this year's SSLC results. The minister announced the results in a press conference held at the PR chamber in the Secretariat.
A total of 4,19,128 students appeared for the exam this year. Out of this 4,17,864 students qualified for higher studies. The pass percentage stands at 99.70 this year. As many as 68,694 students secured an A plus for all subjects. Malappuram district has the highest number of students who secured full A+. 4856 students secured full A plus here.
SSLC private pass percentage stands at 66.67. Kannur is the revenue district getting the highest pass percentage (99.94%). Wayanad is the lowest (98.41%). Pala and Muvattupuzha are the education districts with the highest pass percentage (100%). Wayanad is the education district with the lowest pass percentage (98.41%).
Out of 2914 students who appeared for exams in THSLC, 2913 qualified for higher studies. The pass percentage is 99.9. 288 people secured A plus for all subjects.
