Dispute between Shane Nigam and producers solved following intervention of AMMA, decision on Sreenath Bhasi’s membership on Saturday

KOCHI: The dispute between actor Shane Nigam and the producers has been solved. The problem was solved following the intervention of Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA). A decision will be taken on actor Sreenath Bhasi's membership in AMMA on Saturday.

Bhasi applied for membership in AMMA after film organizations announced to not cooperate with him.

The film organizations had informed that they will not cooperate with Shane Nigam. The producers' association said the action was following the difficulties created by the two actors towards the artists, technicians and producers. The organization also said action was taken on the basis of complaints.

Meantime, nearly 25 people have applied for membership in AMMA. Membership was given to seven actors including Kalyani Priyadarshan and Dhyan Sreenivasan. A decision will be taken on the others on Saturday.
