Lawyer arrested for destroying police wireless set

KOCHI: The Ernakulam North Police arrested lawyer Mohammad Sheh, a native of Thiruvananthapuram, for allegedly destroying a police wireless set. The incident took place on SRM Road on Saturday night. When a police officer saw the lawyer smoking in public and spoke to him, he was enraged and threw away the wireless set belonging to North SHO Prathapachandran. The lawyer who was produced in the court was released on bail.
