Marco to start streaming on OTT platform very soon, will feature deleted scenes; Netflix bags rights

'Marco' starring Unni Mukundan, is continuing its dream run at the box office. Written and directed by Haneef Adeni, the film crossed the 50-crore mark in its opening week. The Hindi version of Marco was also released recently.

The film has created a significant buzz not only in Kerala but also in northern states of India. Apart from Unni Mukundan, Jagadish, Anson Paul, Kabir Duhan Singh, Siddique, Abhimanyu Thilakan, Mathew Varghese, Arjun Nandakumar, Bitto Davis, Dinesh Prabhakar, Sreejith Ravi, Lishoy, Bashid Basheer, Shaji Shahid and others played key roles in Marco.

Now, reports are claiming that OTT giant Netflix has bagged the streaming rights of Marco. While the streaming date has not been announced yet, the movie is expected to be available on OTT soon, either later this month or next month.

The film will be available for streaming in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi. It is also reported that additional scenes, including those deleted from the theatrical release, will be included in the OTT version. Today, the Telugu version of Marco was released in theatres, and the Tamil version is scheduled to be released on January 3.
