Keralite dies without treatment in Delhi

NEW DELHI: A Keralite, who was an employee of the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi, died on Monday without receiving proper treatment. The deceased has been identified as Kottarakkara Puthoor native K Prasad (58). He had been working as the Transport department supervisor at the hospital.

According to sources, Prasad suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital by his son. However, neither the doctors nor other health workers were ready to admit him or give him or primary treatment. Subsequently, Prasad succumbed to the ailment.

Meanwhile. his swab samples have tested negative. Prasad is survived by wife Saramma, son Prince and daughter Princy.
