US behind rocket attack in Kabul, targeted suicide bomber; two people including child killed

KABUL: A recent report has claimed that the United States was behind the rocket attack that took place today in Kabul. News agencies reported that the US airstrike targeted an ISIS suicide bomber who was making his way to the airport. Two people, including a child, were killed. Three people were injured.

US President Joe Biden had on Saturday had said that another terrorist attack at Hamid Karzai International Airport is "highly likely in the next 24-36 hours." Moreover, US Embassy in Kabul had also issued a security alert for the same.
