BHUBANESWAR: Six passengers died and 20 were left injured as a truck carrying coal lost control and collided with a bus. The incident occured on Friday night in Charsuguda in Odisha. The accident was on Charsuguda-Sambalpur Express Highway near Rourkela Bypass.
The out-of-control truck lorry hit the bus, which was going to Charsuguda town with employees from the JSW plant, on its rear side. All the accident victims were returning home after work. The injured were admitted to a private hospital in Sambalpur. Officials informed that the death rate is likely to increase as the condition of many of them is very serious.
