Ignored handshakes at public event; Is everything OK between Sreesanth and Sanju Samson?

The visuals emerging from the Kerala Cricket League 2026 final presentation ceremony are raising eyebrows for all sorts of reasons. Former Indian seamer Sreesanth, who walked to the stage, was seen exchanging social pleasantries with all the dignitaries but not with Indian player Sanju Samson. This has led to doubts about a possible dent in their friendship.

Sanju was already on the podium, and it was later that Sreesanth walked to the stage with a microphone in hand. Sree went straight ahead towards KCA officials and engaged in conversations, shaking hands while ignoring Sanju.

Amid strong rumours, some sections on social media shrugged it off by terming the talks baseless. Many netizens reminded people that it was Sreesanth who paved the way for Sanju to enter the IPL and then the Indian team. Both of them have always shared a warm relationship.

Fans are eagerly waiting for a clarification on the issue and expect either one of the stars to clear the air. However, the visuals emerging from the final day ceremony of KCL does seem odd.
