THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gold prices remained unchanged in the state on Monday. Today, one gram of 22-karat gold costs Rs 13,675, while the price of one sovereign stands at Rs 1,09,400.

Movements in the international market are the main factor influencing gold prices in Kerala. Uncertainty over the ongoing conflicts in West Asia and fluctuations in the US dollar are among the key factors supporting gold prices in the global market. The international gold price rose to $4,162 per ounce before falling to $4,137.

Silver price

Silver prices also remained unchanged in the state. The market price of silver is Rs 235 per gram today, while 10 grams is trading at Rs 2,350.
