'Anna not Sir'; Suriya talks about camaraderie with Fahadh Faasil

Tamil actor Suriya spoke highly of his friendship with actor Fahadh Faasil during the promotional event for the film 'Don't Trouble the Trouble'. Praising Fahadh's choice of films, Suriya elaborated on the personal bond they share. He expressed happiness at being addressed as 'Anna' (elder brother) by Fahadh and requested that he not change this form of address to 'Sir'.

"I am truly happy that Fahadh addressed me as 'Anna' (elder brother). I hope he doesn't switch to calling me 'Sir' later on. We have spoken a great deal and spent a lot of time together. I have so many memories of our conversations—regardless of whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening. We have often discussed the similar challenges we faced early in our careers; nothing came easily to us. We learned to stand tall only after falling and getting hurt many times. I am deeply grateful to Fahadh for sharing those memories so openly," said Suriya.

Suriya spoke enthusiastically about Fahadh's ability to transform into a character without any calculations or fear of damaging his image. Suriya said that beyond the actor, he likes Fahadh for his approach—both on and off-screen.

'Don't Trouble the Trouble,' a big-budget fantasy entertainer starring Fahadh Faasil, is set to hit theatres on October 2. Produced in Telugu, the film will also be released in Malayalam and Tamil. Directed by Shashank Yeleti, the movie is being distributed in Kerala by Bhavana Releases.
