Dr N Chandrasekharan Nair passes away

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Dr N Chandrasekharan Nair (97), renowned writer and founder chairman of Kerala Hindi Sahitya Academy, passed away on Monday night. He breathed his last at his home in Pattom on Monday midnight. He had received the Padma Shri award in 2020.

He was the head of the Hindi department at MG College, Thiruvananthapuram. Chandrasekharan Nair was born in 1924 in Sasthamkotta in Kollam. The funeral was held at Thycaud Shantikavadomwith full state honours.
