THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister V D Satheesan said that there will be a protocol for government projects. The chief minister said this while briefing the media after the cabinet meet convened here Wednesday. He added that a mapping system will be introduced for the implementation of government projects and there will be no delay.
‘The report of the expert committee that studied the high-speed rail project has been received. The expert committee informed that E Sreedharan's report is incomplete. The
committee informed that the project should not be implemented in its present form. The mistake that happened to K Rail should not be repeated. The government will conduct another study on the project. Land availability will also be examined.
