PATHANAMTHITTA: A flood situation akin to 2018 is feared in the Ranni region. Ranni Vadasserikkara road is completely submerged while Pamba and Kakkattar rivers are overflowing. As per reports, water is steadily rising in this area while dinghy boats have been brought for rescue operations. Residents are reportedly moving to safer places. Water level is also high in the Aranmula region.
